  • The frequency and duration of care visits
  • The agreed fees and payment terms
  • The rights and responsibilities of both parties
  • Procedures for modifying or terminating services

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are calculated based on the type and level of care required, the frequency and duration of visits, and any specialized services needed. Fees are subject to annual review and may be adjusted with appropriate notice. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Invoices are issued monthly in arrears
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, standing order, or other agreed methods
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Cancellation and Termination

Clients may cancel scheduled care visits with a minimum of 24 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less notice may be charged at the full rate. Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days' written notice, except in cases of serious breach of contract or where there is risk of harm, in which case immediate termination may apply.

6. Quality Assurance

We are committed to providing high-quality care services and are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. We welcome feedback from clients and their representatives and have a formal complaints procedure for addressing any concerns about our services.
